There is no evidence that Apple censors anti-immigrant material in private text messages.

Apple’s sensitive content warning feature uses on-device machine learning to analyze photos and videos for violence and nudity and can be turned off by the user.  

As with any sensitive content detection software, this can sometimes mistakenly flag content that does not contain gore or nudity.
