There is no data to back the claim that Muslim individuals have killed 600 million people since 622 CE.   

According to estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of the entire Earth for the vast majority of Islam’s history was less than 600 million, so Muslim individuals being responsible for 600 million deaths is virtually impossible.
