Muslims are not burning down France. There is no evidence that student protests in France, which have sometimes escalated and resulted in fires, were motivated by Islam.      

The protests, which were motivated by poor educational conditions, including teacher shortages and overcrowded classrooms, began in a suburb outside of Paris on September 17, 2026, before growing into nationwide protests.
