There is no data to back the claim that 90% of fraud in Minnesota is committed by the Somali community.

Data on overall Minnesota fraud cases is limited, but FBI arrest data shows that about 65 to 67% of those arrested for fraud nationally every year are white individuals. 

While recent high-profile fraud cases have involved some in the Somali community, this is not representative of the overall number of fraud cases in the state.
