Midterm Winners Are Not Advocating For Laws Based on Islam
Claim
The United States now has representatives who support implementing laws based on Islamic teachings.
Leftist politicians will replace American citizens’ votes with those of undocumented individuals.
Fact
No politician who won in the 2026 midterm elections has come out in support of implementing laws based on Islamic teachings.
There is no evidence of an effort to replace the votes of U.S. citizens with the votes of undocumented individuals.
Analysis of voting data has consistently shown that voting by noncitizens is extremely rare.
The American Immigration Council found that cases of proven noncitizen voting accounted for less than 0.0001% of total votes in presidential elections dating back to 2000.
The American Immigration Council also found that in most of these cases, votes came from permanent residents, who mistakenly believed they could vote.
